This usually means the post has been deleted or removed, the subreddit is private, the post is text-only with no media, or Reddit's servers temporarily returned an error. Try refreshing the page and attempting again.

Reddit's video and audio are stored as separate files at different URLs under the v.redd.it CDN. If you copy the video URL directly from the player, you get only the video stream — the audio stream is a different URL that is not visible in the player. GetVideoNow needs the full Reddit post URL (reddit.com/r/subreddit/comments/...) to find and merge both streams together. Copying the direct video URL will result in a silent download every time, regardless of which tool you use.
