Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Account page. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all. If you cancel a paid subscription, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your Account page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Once you reach your monthly download or daily limit, you'll see a message letting you know. Your limits reset at the start of each billing cycle (monthly limits) or each day (daily limits). You can upgrade your plan for higher limits.
The annual plan saves you the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly. For example, Pro is $4.16/month billed annually vs. $4.99/month billed monthly. If you plan to use GetVideoNow regularly, annual billing is the better deal.

After 14 days, your card is charged for the Expert plan at the rate shown (monthly or annual, based on your selection). If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged. If you'd prefer a different plan, you can downgrade before or after the trial.
